Senior Assistant Director

**What the role is**
- The Senior Assistant Director (SAD), Transport will be the Deputy to the Transport Cell Head and be responsible to ensure sufficient transport resources to support all Covid-19 related conveyances. The SAD will keep himself/herself updated on policy changes and caseload projection to anticipate transport resource demand and ensure timely conveyance of patients to the appropriate facilities. You will be working in a dynamic and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
**What you will be working on**
- 1. Supervise the planning of transport operations and follow-up on issues related to conveyances including any ad-hoc or special operations. 2. Be the point-of-contact with other branches, Crisis Strategy Operations Group (CSOG) and other Task Groups when required to plan and discuss issues related to Covid Operations. 3. Supervise the weekly indent of transport resources based on past trends or anticipated operations. 4. Supervise the weekly report of transport operations in terms of vehicles indented and trips made. 5. Monitor and supervise the reporting of monthly transport expenditure and budget. 6. Roster to perform as Duty DD to supervise daily operations.
