The Assistant Director/Senior Assistant Director, SL (Sun Ray & Boards) is mainly responsible for Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Branding for the Sun Ray Scheme (SRS). The individual will also take on responsibilities as a Talent Manager for assigned Sun Rayz. Working with stakeholders, the individual is also responsible for delivering on projects to continuously improve the SRS along the entire SRz life cycle and driving initiatives and projects on leadership development for the sector.

**Implementing The Sun Ray Scheme (Entire SRz Life Cycle)**

**SRS Marketing and SSA Engagement**:Working with Corporate Marketing team and vendors to enhance branding, marketing and communications of SRS. Educate and market the SRS to appropriate decision-makers and influence them to employ SRz for their SSA. Work with SMSL team and other internal stakeholders to position SRS as a potential solution to their leadership pipeline, development, retention, and succession planning needs.

**Talent and Performance Management**:Familiarise with assigned SSAs’ sub-sector trends, developments and SRz’s work environment. Periodically engage with Reporting Officer (RO) and assigned SRz to understand SRz’s work responsibilities, goals, values, development needs, and career aspirations. Facilitate and provide support for identified development interventions to accelerate their growth and fulfil their potential. Pro-actively plan rotations to align SSA’s needs and SRz career goals.

Coach and support SRz to take on and succeed in developmental, stretch assignments. Explain NCSS SRz leadership development framework and competency model to both SRz and their RO. Periodically engage with RO to understand and document progress of SRz. Provide objective evidence-based inputs on SRz performance and contributions at annual performance appraisal exercise.

**Delivering On Projects to Enhance Sector Leadership Pipeline and Bench Strength**

(1) Manage and deliver on projects to continuously improve the SRS and Leadership Development infrastructure for the sector. These projects span across the entire value chain.

(2) Deliverables will include achieving desired outcomes, developing new processes, policies, programmes, systems, tools, documentation, etc.
