**Role & Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of the F&B Operations, in particular banquet events of various sizes ranging from weddings to corporate meetings and other social events.
- Ensure the consistent delivery of high service standards by the Banquet Operations, Audio-Visual and Stewarding teams. Manpower planning and deployment together with the efficient use of operating equipment is key.
- Ensure close communication with Culinary and Catering Sales team to plan and execute all events. Participate in Banquet Event Order meetings.
- Review feedbacks of guests and take proactive steps improve service quality, food presentation and event handling.
- Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served; ensure assets are accounted for with proper inventory management and audit checks.
- Set KPIs and goals and constantly review the team performance for results. Ensure operational budgets and cost controls are adhered to.
- Motivate and maintain strong team performance, aligning these with strategies regularly.
- Proactively review procedures and SOPs, improve service trainings for the team.
- Meticulous with an eye for detail.

**Requirements**:

- Required Skill(s): food, beverage, marketing, sales, hr procurement, P&L
- Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- At least 5-6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
