Job Responsibilities
1. Attends to phone calls on enquiries, responds to guest requests and food orders, entertain walk-in for reservations in a professional manner.
2. Keeps the restaurant, café, room service pantry clean and tidy all the times
3. Clears and cleans table after guest finished their meals
4. Performs cashiering duty when necessary
5. Sets up tables /chairs, prepares outlet before business operation.
6. Takes food orders and coordinates with kitchen for ordered food
7. Delivers ordered to guest at the dining tables at the café or sends to guest rooms.
8. Prepares artisanal coffee, tea and other specialty beverage and serve to guest for dine in and /or takeaway
Education & Work Experience
1. GCE 'N' level or equivalent
2. Food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant/café operations preferred
3. Certified competent in WSQ basic food hygiene course or other mandatory food hygiene courses stipulated by the authorities
4. Good in customer service
