**_About this role: _**

We are looking for an Executive, Policy Services who will be part of our Policy Services team. This role will be assisting on the day-to-day operations of the General Insurance team such as performing the administrative duties of the team and processing of the Statement of Accounts of the outstanding premiums. This role requires someone who is meticulous and someone with good customer service. This role will be reporting to the Manager, Policy Services.

**_Responsibilities: _**
- Performs data maintenance, rectifications if any, and reporting
- Preparation of SOA / Premium recovery for outstanding premium
- Checking of KYC and partners’ forms or documents and ensure it meets the requirements
- Provide credit administrative support to Business in their business growth
- Track, monitor and review reports to ensure insurance policies are received in time, updated accurately
- Work closely with Distribution Managers and Finance Team
- Coordinates with relevant stakeholders as touch and contact point to deliver
- Be able to work with the team and or other stakeholders to ensure seamless business execution and to improve or develop digital solutions and testing in UAT where required
- Assist and support any ad-hoc projects or duties assigned by the Team Leader or Manager

**_Requirements: _**
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Experience in the GI/life/ health insurance industry would be advantageous
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to demonstrate ownership of tasks assigned and work independently as well as working in a team
- Meticulous, analytical, responsible, and good communication or interpersonal skills
- Able to work under tight deadline
