Policy Servicing Manager, Life Insurance

We are partnering with a reputable organisation in the insurance and financial services industry to identify an experienced Policy Service Manager to support their policy servicing and administration function. This role is responsible for managing a wide range of policy-related transactions, ensuring service accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day policy administration activities within defined service levels and delegated authority. Handle a broad spectrum of policy servicing requests such as policy alterations, beneficiary or ownership changes, collateral assignments, surrenders, claims support, and related client inquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and a solution-focused mindset. Prepare, review, and analyse policy information including statements, in-force illustrations and servicing documentation for both internal and client usage. Maintain complete and accurate records in CRM and policy administration systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Work collaboratively with internal teams, demonstrating a positive and supportive attitude that contributes to a strong team culture. Participate in the review and enhancement of procedures, operational guidelines, and documentation to improve workflow efficiency and control. Support ad-hoc initiatives, system enhancements, and project activities as assigned. Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline; business or related fields preferred. 1–3 years' experience in life insurance policy administration or post-sales servicing. (Additional experience will be considered an advantage.)Proactive, fast learner with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Good command of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Chinese word processing.
