We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Vice President, Policy Servicing.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Ensure smooth operation of all Policy Servicing processes, full compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to agreed service levels
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Policy Servicing, provide user requirements and perform User Acceptance Test for system enhancements and system defects
- Support ad hoc projects, provide user requirements and coordinate user testing when needed.
- Review and identify areas for process improvements or re-training to the team
- Update Standard Operating Procedure and coach the processing team
- Assist to manage the Policy Servicing team and ensure smooth operations of the team
- Handle complaints from customers and enquiries from internal teams
- Support audits and control testing on Policy Servicing functions
- Coordinate and support ad hoc activities including customer communications
- People management

Requirements
- University graduate preferably in business administration, information technology, or similar discipline
- At least 8 years of solid experience within Life Insurance Policy Servicing Operations
- At least 3 years experience in managing a team preferably in an insurance or financial sector
- Knowledge of AS400 would be preferred
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, both in written and spoken
