**Client Profile**:
Our client is a global company who is now turning its focus to the premium food and beverage space to complement its existing suite of business activities. They have spaces spanning the globe and this Singapore outlet will be the first of many as they continue to evolve. With expansive city views, they are dedicated to creating a product that is at the forefront of the hospitality industry.

**About the role**:
As General Manager, you will be the welcoming face of this luxurious, premium venue, focusing on guest experience, you will be working directly with passionate owners and creative chefs. You will be given the opportunity to develop an award-winning, fun, and tight-knit team, with a focus on guest recognition and exceeding expectations.

You will utilise your premium service background to educate and improve those working around you, elevating the customer experience in the process. This is not a business-as-usual role, rather the focus is continued improvement and service evolution.

To be successful in this role you will be able to display the following;
- Have experience as a hands-on leader who has the ability to influence a positive workplace culture
- Develop all workflows, systems, and procedures to deliver a world-class experience
- Manage stakeholders and deliver complex projects on time
- Oversee all day-to-day operations including shift management, cash and stock handling, sales targets, and overall presentation
- Be involved with all onboarding and staff development
- Have experience in leading and developing a high-performing team
- Ensure the customer service is of the highest standard
- Build a strong rapport with all guests and clients

**Offer**

This role is based in Singapore, offering a very strong remuneration package comprised of an excellent base salary, and is open to applicants requiring relocation.
