Payroll Administration
- First point of contact with Payroll Vendor in the ASEAN office, namely MY, VN & TH. Maintaining relationship, follow up on contract requirements and maintaining documentation on service agreement reviews.
- Coordinates the local Payroll and HRIS processes including data collection, bank uploads, system maintenance, analysis and employee data filing.
HR Operations
- Provides Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reporting to key stakeholders including; HRBP, Finance, and external reporting to Government institutes (e.g. Ministry of Manpower)
- Coordinates Audit processes including; approvals on file, starter and leaver tickets, induction modules, background screening and data
- Administration of company insurance benefit
- Employee Relations support including
- on-boarding and orientation,
- guidance on policies,
- HR case management,
- exit interviews
Recruitment
- Supporting hiring managers with position requirements and recruitment processes for lower and mid-level hires.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement initiatives
