**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**POSITION: EXECUTIVE, ACCOUNTS & HR**
**Responsibilities**
A. Accounting functions
- Handle sales related process. (Eg.: Issue Job no, prepare tax invoices & etc)
- Handle Petty Cash and Bank reconciliation
- Aiding Fixed Assets Management
- Timely filing of local financial statements, transaction tax, income tax and other local reports
- Oversee and provide guidance to accounting team in operational financial matters.
- Ensure procedures, standards and guidelines are followed and maintained
- Familiar with project closing, percentage of completion method. WIP movements.
- Preparation of audit schedules and liaison with external auditors.
- Prepare monthly cash flows forecast and management report
- Support annual budgets, planning & analysis of reports.
- Responsible for corporate tax and GST compliance, government incentive scheme and statistic surveys and statutory matters.
- Recommend process improvement initiatives to improve financial procedures.
B. Human Resources Functions
- Full cycle of Payroll; Time-sheet tally & checking on TMS system, processing of Payroll, submission of CPF, levy submission.
- Submission and Verification of HR related claims; NS Claim, Childcare claims, staff claims etc.
- Generate info / submission for all surveys and statistics by MOM, WSH, other government bodies.
- Maintaining HR records as leaves administer, Personnel Files, Staff list database.
- Drafting and creating HR memo and other HR correspondence.
- Checking and Verify on HR monthly Invoices; e.g MHC, Singtel phone bills.
- Prepare appointment, JD/KPI, memo, confirmation, increment, promotion, appraisal, transfer, etc.
- Maintaining Registry of Company Licenses, and Association and Insurance.
- Involved in company events and function; arranging, booking, confirmation, executing, etc.
- Proper filing system for Registry, Insurance for JI/JC, HR documents and Safety.
- IRAS submission, KPI review exercise, yearly JD & KPI drafting for next year, Performance Appraisal, Employee Salary Revision, Leaves Balance and entitlement and other yearly HR activities.
C. Others
- Identify problems or deficiencies in the services provided or in the JENMON’s Quality Management System
- Support and undertake ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
- Capable to work effectively in Construction environment.
- Other ADHOC duties as assigned
