**StarMed **is a one-stop day-surgery and multi-disciplinary medical centre that offers quality day surgeries and diagnostic services at competitive private sector prices.

**Responsbilities**:

- Manage Customer Experience Programme (service improvements, training, audits, customer surveys, service recovery).
- Supervision of concierge team.
- Chaperoning of UHNW/VIP patient journeys.
- Function as Partnerships manager for StarMed doctors.
- Assist the head of department with management of Medical Concierges/Agents.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills, flexible and able to handle difficult situation when required.
- Knowledge of managing healthcare industry stakeholder
- Must be comfortable being in a customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pleasant, Professional, Presentable, and has a Positive attitude.
