**Role Background**

We are looking for passionate and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as **Customer Experience Associates**. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in representing our brand and helping customers discover products that suit their needs. If you love storytelling, enjoy connecting with people, and take pride in maintaining a welcoming store environment, this role is for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the face of the brand and deliver excellent customer service
- Engage customers with product knowledge and share the brand story with enthusiasm
- Help customers find suitable products and ensure they enjoy a seamless shopping experience
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation through daily housekeeping tasks
- Manage daily store operations, including restocking and basic POS system handling

**Job Requirements**
- Passion for retail, storytelling, and providing personalized service
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus
