The Boutique Group of Companies comprises of four companies established in Singapore:
**Responsibilities**:
Boutique Education
- Using in-house system to schedule classes, change appointments
- Schedule Assessments for potential students
- Maximise the tutors’ schedules to ensure they are hitting their target number of class per week
- Ensure the CRM system is maintained with relevant information
- Assist the General Manager in his day to day duties
- You will provide assistance and work together with your teammates to further improve the customer experience level

Host Events
- Assist the founder in securing bookings for the event space
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner
- Host viewings of the event space to potential customers and showcase the services offered
- Ensure that the venue is prepared as per clients requirements ahead of the event.
- Welcome visitors to the event space in a warm and friendly manner

**Requirements**:
Skills/Experience
- Proven work experience as a Customer Service Associate, Hotel Front Desk or similar role
- Passionate about pleasing people
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
- Diploma in hospitality or related field
- Mandarin speaker a bonus
