You will ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. We are looking for a meticulous, self-motivated and hands-on individual who is hungry and eager to learn.
**What you will do**:
- Professionally handle a high volume of inquiries from customers and users
- Work with cross-functional teams (i.e. Tech, Marketing and Operations) to streamline processes to facilitate solving customer issues accurately and efficiently
- Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer service, follow and assist in improving communications guidelines and policies
- Continuously identify work process improvements
- Communicate to team leads and management
- Meet customer satisfaction score and average response time targets
- Always go the extra mile to delight customers
- Assist with the operation team at PolicyPal business and entities, ensure that all policies are followed up promptly
**Requirements**:
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Display initiative and willingness to learn with an ability to remain calm and excel under pressure
- Ability to empathize with and prioritise customer needs, maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive information
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
