**Customer Experience Manager Job Description**:
We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to be responsible for the delivery of health care (wellness and sleep) in our patient centre and drive focus in our direct-to-consumer marketing/engagement efforts.
Being a Customer Experience Manager, you should have the skillsets on conflict management, effective communication, a genuine belief that customer journey and experience is critical to an organisation’s success and the unsatiable hunger to bring everyone on board to drive this.
In this role, you would be also expected to lead the clinical team that engages with patients daily to improve the health of our clients, and thus you would also require the knowledge in wellness and sleep disorders to effectively lead the clinical team by example.
**Customer Experience Manager Responsibilities**:
- Plan, organise and manage operations and activities of one or more health programs.
- Oversee and manage processes of clinical teams.
- Formulate and update departmental and direct-to-consumer plans and priorities to address any business or operational challenges/opportunities.
- Set a direction for the team, resolve any issues, and provide guidance to team members.
- Stay abreast of important and relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures governing assigned clinic operations.
**Customer Experience Manager Requirements**:
- Training in Coaching, Counselling, Fitness, or Nutrition.
- Previous experience working with clients and medical devices/equipment.
- Knowledge of good health practices.
- Experience in customer experience journey and execution, or mínimally the hunger to drive this.
- Must be up-to-date with the latest health care developments.
- Good organizational skills.
- Compassionate.
- Able to work on weekends, Saturdays half day.

- Current Allied Health Professionals who are driven in doing what they love now and believes that he or she can be a leader and wants to own the customer experience journey and achieve things out of it.
- Experienced working in branded medical/dental/aesthetic clinics as a front-line representative with operations responsibilities.
- Ability and the affinity and/or prior to handle small healthcare equipment, setting it up customers and engaging them in a professional manner.
- Fresh graduates with Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Customer Experience Management with Business, or Business Practice.
