Channel Partner Manager

**What you’ll do**:
As a Channel Sales Manager at Vodafone Business International, you will play a critical role in establishing and developing our channel program and business, driving our indirect sales motion and promoting our unique product and services. The responsibilities will include identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners, resellers and driving growth for MNC customers. You will develop strategic relationships, execute market plans, and drive sales for our regional business across Asia-Pacific and Middle East region.
- Deliver sales targets for revenue and AOV
- Identify, evaluate, develop, sign-up and grow our indirect channel partners
- Design, propose, implement, and execute enablement programs to drive sales success
- Drive product marketing, and demand generation activities with partners
- Proactively communicate with channel partners on pipeline and forecasts
- Monitor, assess and report on a continual basis the competitive situation within the channel partners in the region
- Represent the company channel in region and evangelize our mission and purpose both internally and externally
- Show a strong ability to gain business and market intelligence for developing strategies relevant to the market and competitive situation.
- Be proficient in evolving pricing models, incentives and be able to personally or as part of a team engage in mandated negotiations
- Assesses customer, partner and reseller market trends and provides timely and accurate revenue forecasting.
- Ensures customer / partner representation at key VGE sounding boards such as Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and other key hospitality events (F1)
- Decides quality levels, functionality and capability of services for specific partner customers in conjunction with the Global Service Manager; ensures Service Improvement Plans are followed-up upon and that NPS targets are met.
- In conjunction with Marketing develops a go-to-market strategy as indicated in Account Plan based on an appropriate understanding of customer situation, its needs and industry trends.
- Liaise with Vodafone Enterprise Senior Management as required for executive level sponsorship programme
**Who you are**:
- Highly merited and has several years of experience in a de facto channel sales role with a technical approach
- Deep understanding of the market trends channel partners, it’s market and industry alongside key decision-makers and influencers.
- Ability to translate partner customer’s objectives and strategy into relevant Vodafone propositions
- Experience selling across multi towers.
- 5 years+ successful indirect channel, global accounts/enterprise solution selling with strategic partners and resellers
- 8 years+ sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to influence at c-level
- University Degree
- Ability to lead and manage an international and distributed team.
- Ability to think strategically and drive sales transformation programmes
- Experience in Telco or IT Industry
- MBA desirable
- Excellent communicator
