**Responsibility**
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient
- Ability to generate leads and cold call prospective customers
- Actively learn to be proficient in travel-related products, itineraries and online sales system
- Ability to negotiate competitive rates, exclusive inclusions and service level agreements in accordance with company strategy and policy
- Ability to extend company reach through exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships
- Conduct data research and analysis (market, product, competitor, price, supplier, etc.)
- Create/ Follow up reports & forecast after every Sales trip/ Tradeshow or Fam trip.
- Give regular feedback to the Product development team on the performance of products
- Work closely with all department to brainstorm and execute new strategies
- A strong business network is a plus (Hotels / Airlines / Corporate)
- Handle India & Indonesia Market
- Achieve the given target for the period given

**Requirement**
- Good communication skills and attention to detail are equally important.
- Possess good working attitude and have a strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work independently and deliver under tight timeline
- Perform other ad hoc assignment and project as and when necessary

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 2 years (preferred)
- Tourism: 2 years (preferred)
