SAP Integration Specialist

**YOUR TALENT**:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent studied.

Professional: Functional - Implementation and support experience with integrations SAP systems, preferably in the S/4 HANA Fashion environment.

Industry - Sports or lifestyle business background is a plus.

IT Skills: Excel, Word, Power Point and Project Management Tools (Jira, Confluence)

Language Skills: Good command of English (both written and spoken)

Competencies: Hands-on integration experience on S/4HANA implementation projects, including proficiency with SAP PI/PO, SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF), IDocs, RFCs, Web Services, and XML messages. Additional experience with SAP BTP is advantageous. Applicants should have a strong grasp of ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP, with exposure to ODATA and Fiori. Ability to identify and resolve integration issues, and implement proactive measures for risk mitigation

Functional Skills: Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of effectively operating in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments and who embraces international exposure.

**YOUR MISSION**:
As an SAP Integration Specialist, you are part of the SEAOIN (South East Asia, India, Oceania) Business Solutions team and are responsible for the successful implementation and maintenance of the interfaces between the SAP S/4HANA Fashion ERP system which is being implemented and other business solutions used by PUMA. External systems to be integrated will include, but not limited to WMS systems, order management systems, data management systems, and customer/vendor systems.

As an expert with hands-on experience in developing, testing, and troubleshooting interfaces, your responsibilities will include setting up, development and configuration of various interfaces as designed and specified by the Teamhead and Business Analysts using relevant technologies (web services, remote functions, IDocs, XML and other files) and tools (SAP PI/PO, AIF, etc). You will be working with numerous internal and external parties (implementation partners, external system consultants, development teams, business users, etc.).

Task 1:
Develop and enable required interfaces with SAP S/4HANA
- Be the go-to technical expert for integration topics of the ongoing S/4HANA implementation and upcoming roll-out projects.
- Understand the business requirements and system capabilities (S/4, middleware, third party) and design effective interfacing solutions.
- Develop, configure, test, and troubleshoot interfaces using relevant technologies and tools (SAP PI/PO, SAP AIF, etc)
- Validate the interface related solution proposals and developments done by vendors to ensure they fit well with PUMA’s standards.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA with other internal and external systems to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to align SAP S/4HANA integrations with overall IT strategy.

Task 2:
Monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting the interfaces
- Once the system is live, it will be the responsibility of the internal team to ensure that the interfaces are functioning as expected.
- To do so, regular monitoring and maintenance tasks will have to be performed.
- When there are any issues, troubleshoot, and get the involvement of the relevant parties to resolve them with mínimal impact to business.
