The Integrated Marketing Programs Manager at SAP Concur will leverage his/her skills, experiences and knowledge to innovatively promote our solutions and effectively engage with our customers and prospects in a relatable and personalised manner. Prior knowledge and experience in content marketing, digital marketing and account-based marketing is advantageous.
This position will develop a go-to-market strategy for target accounts across Southeast Asia and will need to understand the overall business goals and work collaboratively with broader teams to successfully plan, coordinate, launch and measure marketing campaigns to meet these goals.
You will work closely with Market Development, Regional Sales, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing and Corporate Marketing to drive functional alignment and measure marketing and sales pipeline.
You must be an excellent communicator, have strong cross group collaboration skills, and be an action-oriented and results-driven person.
**Key Responsibilities**: Spearhead and manage SAP Concur’s account-based marketing program in Southeast Asia. Collaborate and interlock with corporate and other teams and stakeholders to create, promote and support marketing programs, web content, collateral, white papers and case studies. As a content expert, you will help to drive the digital and website strategy that fosters engagement with our audiences. Build and maintain effective communication and relationships with multiple internal stakeholders and external agencies. Manage and adhere to budgets by taking responsibility for tracking, monitoring and reporting marketing spend in line with finance team requirements. Report on results via key analytical tools providing metrics and comparing against benchmarks, response and conversion rates and pipeline. Deliver a consistent brand look and feel on all touchpoints. Write agency briefs and provide creative assessment. Oversee/produce the development of content and ensure clarity of messaging. Juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, high-pressure environment. Be aware of and comply with all corporate policies.
