About The Job
Key tasks:
- Manage the spare part sales and order process, from the enquiry to invoicing
- Engineering related to spare parts sales enquiries
- Pricing and commercial negotiations
- Order Acknowledge Management
- Order Backlog follow up and ensure on time deliveries
- Customer support and respond during the process: sales, order status, delivery date on timely basis
- Order closure and invoicing
- Prepare and follow up standard quotations for the assigned area of responsibility according to the customer demands and needs
- Support and response to customer’s technical enquiries and preparation of contracts
- Handling supplier’s database, purchase order execution and preparation of supplier's shipping documents.
- Warehouse loading table for spares, reminders for unsettled spares invoices, use of different customer portals
- You are in close communication with our spare part sales engineers, purchasing department, warehouse and component suppliers from purchase order process till delivery.
- Work as a backup for the spare parts order process
What you know?
- Mechanical Engineering background or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of related field working experience
- Ability to understand P&IDs, engineering drawings and system components
- Excellent planning, supply chain management and coordination skills
- Experience in fast paced dynamic operations with global customers
