As the driving force behind revenue generation, a successful Inside Sales Executive is a critical role within Browzwear. We are looking for an energetic and ambitious team player to help us expand our client base in APAC.

**JOB OVERVIEW**

You will work in a hybrid work arrangement with international exposure and engagement.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts, achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Develop and execute a 1-to-many accounts plan, leveraging on existing reports to scale up the identification of new opportunities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify expansion opportunities within the assigned accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the accounts, including decision-makers, influencers, and end-users
- Be deeply attuned to the needs of a potential/customer and tailor proposals for clients
- Work closely with Customer Success and Technical Support teams to provide excellent after-sales support and plan engagement activities where beneficial (e.g. in-person workshops, webinars)
- Meet productivity and sales budget metrics as per management team’s directions
- Build and document sales activities in Salesforce
- Prepare and engage in Sales team status meetings

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Adopts a technical and consultative approach towards sales
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably managing 50 - 100 smaller accounts (fresh graduates may apply)
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable in self-starting environment
- Able to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Results-oriented
- Excellent organizational skills
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Bonus: Sound understanding of fashion technology
- Bonus: Experience in Salesforce and Hubspot
