**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Develop and implement employee training programs and initiatives
- Handle employee relations issues, including complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Manage HR budgets and monitor expenses
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management in consumer, retail or hospitality management industries.
- Ability to lead initiatives, manage cross
- functional relationships and provide coaching and mentoring
- Key skills include business acumen, people management, project management, change leadership, strategic influencing and partnering, negotiating and client relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws and regulations
- Experience with HR software and systems
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
