Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including payroll administration, compensation & benefits, and HRIS management.
  • Manage and process payroll cycles using Unit4 Prosoft software to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Formulate and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead recruitment and selection for executive-level positions and support career development initiatives.
  • Drive performance management, learning & development, succession planning, and organizational development programs.
  • Administer HR budgets, manage cost forecasts, and prepare management reports for senior leadership.
  • Partner with union representatives on industrial relations matters, including collective agreements, annual wage reviews, and staff negotiations.
  • Handle employee relations, counselling, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop training strategies, service campaigns, and staff engagement activities.
  • Organize corporate events and ensure service and grooming standards are upheld across the workforce.
  • Conduct annual appraisals and provide coaching to support professional growth of HR team members.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5-6 years of progressive HR experience, with proven leadership in payroll and HR operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Unit4 Prosoft payroll system is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and people management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS applications.
