HR Leader, Vision Regional Office

The **HR Leader, Vision Regional Office, APAC** is responsible for the creation and deployment of the portfolio of HR work within the country, or local geography, in support of business goals, enterprise and sector HR strategies. This role delivers the HR agenda within their local responsibility and ensures resource alignment to implement the work is provided by the aligned HR service teams. The HR Leader will actively support their business partners through Coaching, Talent management, Organizational Design and Business Collaboration as required.
Key Responsibilities Include:
**Ensuring business intimacy**:
- Build and deploy the HR agenda for the business within a geography, aligned with HR, business, and shared services strategies
- Ensure integration of HR priorities into business plans
- Evaluate appropriate business, financial, or other drivers across groups to craft HR solutions (e.g., assess, identify gaps)
- Lead the portfolio of HR work for the business in support of business goals, enterprise and sector HR strategies
- Develop trusted partnership/coaching relationship with leaders/teams that improves their impact
**Driving talent agenda and building organizational capability**:
- Identify talent needs of the business via analytics, business acumen, and effective analysis
- Develop/deploy talent strategies in partnership with business leaders to grow and advance effective, diverse talent pools and drive talent planning; build on global and region-sector strategies to implement within country/cluster
- Partner with global-sector, region-sector, and country/cluster HR leaders to shape culture, employee engagement, talent agendas, and change initiatives as appropriate
**Promoting collaboration**:
- Partner x-group, including across all parts of the HR model, to ensure integrated solutions and seamless experiences for both HR and the business
- Proactively find opportunities to partner x-group and or x-sector to ensure integration of efforts
- Partner with country/cluster OneHR double hat leader to identify unique needs for partnership with CS/GS
**Qualifications**
- This position will be located in Singapore
- 8+ years professional experience required; minimum of 5 years of HR or HR related experience preferred with a Bachelor degree
