**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage relationships with a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, including Korean companies and regional businesses in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Lead strategic initiatives to expand the bank’s corporate client base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Conduct **credit assessment and risk analysis**, ensuring compliance with the bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise **Customer Due Diligence (CDD)**and **Know-Your-Customer (KYC)**processes for new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, operations, and product specialists, to deliver seamless and comprehensive banking solutions tailored to client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing high-quality financial and customer services to corporate clients.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote the bank's products and services to maximize revenue.
- Drive product innovation by working closely with clients to develop customized corporate banking solutions, including lending, cash management, trade finance, and treasury services.
- Monitor and manage overall client portfolio performance, proactively addressing potential credit and operational risks.
- Conduct financial research, credit spreading, and prepare detailed credit proposals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to ensure business competitiveness and compliance.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior relationship managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, business performance analyses, and client presentations for senior management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.
- **10+ years of experience**in corporate banking, with a focus on managing relationships with large corporate clients in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth, exceeding sales targets, and delivering exceptional client service.
- In-depth understanding of corporate banking products and services, including trade finance, cash management, and treasury solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing junior professionals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Strong business development and marketing orientation with an ability to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the region.
- Proficiency in the Korean language is an advantage for communication with the Head Office and Korean clients.Strong market awareness and business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the region.
