CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (ADMINSTRATIVE SUPPORT)

**(Ability to Work in TUAS of Singapore Should Only Apply)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for processing customers' orders,
- Managing inventory and perform purchasing functions with shipment follow up;
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments;

**Requirements**:

- GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ level or qualifications with credit in English and relevant experience are welcome. Fresh Diploma with some experience in Customer Service may apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- With Book-keeping knowledge an advantage.
- At least 1 year working experience in logistics would be an advantage
- Accuracy in numbers.
- Able to start work within short notice or immediately;
- Training will be provided
- Adaptable, independent with pleasant personality and a team player;
- Able to interact with all levels of people;
- 5-day week with transportation provided from Joon Koon MRT Station.
- **As Company have no remaining Quota for foreign workers, only Locals or applicants of inext mmediate neighbour country may apply.**
