Check the customers daily ordering via Tab/HP and call customers to verify if necessary.
- Key-in the customer’s order items into the system and generate daily Delivery Order and Sales Invoices.
- Generate of daily ‘Overall Order Summary’ and pass to Inventory Control Department and Delivery team before knock off work.
- Sorting of Delivery Order and Sales Invoices returned by customers.
- Working closing with Delivery team for customers ad-hoc order.
- To liaise with production team and prepare product labels for the next day production.
- To take immediate response to Foodpanda/Grab Food orders and get the store team to pack the items for customer’s order.
- Keep up-to-date filing of invoices and documents.
- Any other duties which might be assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Abilities to read & write Chinese (in order to read order via Tab/HP send by customers written in Chinese or voice message).
- Knowledge of excel a plus.
- Willing to work at Industrial area (Bedok North).
- Off Day fall on weekday; able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Have relevant working experiences in F&B admin an added advantage.
