**Location**:Tuas, Singapore

**Salary**:$2,200 - $3,000 per month
**Working Hours**:Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
**Transport**:Company-provided transport from Joo Koon MRT

**✨ About the Role**
Join our dynamic team as an **Admin Assistant**
You will support the **Accounting**and **Sales Departments**in managing **invoicing, logistics coordination, and AR/AP operations**.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and issue **customer invoices**accurately and on time
- Handle **customer calls**, process orders, and respond to inquiries
- Coordinate with the **logistics team**for smooth operations
- Manage **Accounts Receivable (AR)**and **Accounts Payable (AP)**:
- Assist with **bank reconciliations.**
**Requirements**:
- Higher Nitec / Diploma in **Business Administration**or **Accountancy**:
- **O-Level / SPM holders**with **1-2 years of relevant experience**are also welcome to apply
- Proficient in **Microsoft Excel**and **Word**:
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills with a **positive and proactive attitude**
