The Head, Fulfilment is responsible for leading the launch and scale up of the business, which includes defining go-to-market strategy and building a strong, high-performing team to grow the business. This is a cross-functional, hands-on role which encompasses P&L ownership and end-to-end responsibility over in-country strategy and execution.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Strategy**:

- Partner the Ninja Van SG Commercial team in driving the strategic direction for the warehousing and fulfilment vertical in Singapore based on the understanding of market conditions and competitive landscape
- Be responsible for P&L performance of the vertical, including strategic planning, budgeting and management reporting
- ** Solution and Product Development**:

- Own end-to-end solution and product development for warehousing and fulfilment service
- ** Key Account Management**:

- Lead the KAM team and drive retention through strong operational reporting, customer support/service and account servicing
- ** Operations Management**:

- Oversee end-to-end operations to ensure smooth running of the business by developing, monitoring and implementing robust operations processes with strong functional and specialist support from the regional team
- Drive for operational and cost efficiency across all aspects of the business to achieve market leading cost structure and consistent product quality

**Requirements**:

- 6-10 years of relevant experience, which should include leadership roles (with P&L responsibility) within operations, commercial and key account management functions, in a similar high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding and demonstrated interest in e-commerce logistics, in particular warehousing and fulfilment, would be highly advantageous
- Strong track record of delivering on overall P&L performance
- Excellent commercial acumen and analytical skills with a logical, structured and data-driven approach to identifying, scoping and solving problems, comfortable working with financial data and large data sets
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with experience managing senior internal stakeholders and external partners
- Experience building, coaching, and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) and local language
