Singapore Grain Full time $180,000 - $250,000 per year

We're looking for someone who can provide a world-class customer experience and reimagine the future of fulfilment models.ResponsibilitiesLead the Fulfilment Team and coordinate operations across drivers, third-party logistics fleets, packers, etc.Run and oversee daily operations to ensure customer delight and high standards.Maintain a high punctuality rating and customer delivery rating (both >98% positive) with zero defects.Ensure that Grain's fulfilment costs are kept within target.Hire, onboard and train reports to meet operational needs.Own the procurement, management and inventory tracking of packaging supplies.Work with the COO / CEO to drive high-leverage team-level outcomes.Collaborate closely with other teams in Grain (e.g. Sales, Production, Marketing) to constantly improve processes and to support new initiatives.Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned to you from time to time.RequirementsHas experience managing large teams (>30 people directly or indirectly).Technologically savvy to handle multiple internal and external systems.Be maniac about customer experience.Pursue excellence.
