Fulfillment Manager

CART is a new e-grocery service to Singapore focused on delivering the best of Cold Storage, Giant, Guardian’s products with same day delivery, through a best-in-class app. CART is owned by DFI Group, one of the largest retailers in South East Asia. This role is to work in the logistics operations for CART.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, CART in Singapore, successful incumbent will be defining the approach, continuously problem-solving and driving improvement for in-app availability and in-full order fulfilment for our customers, through cross-functional collaboration with multiple stakeholders in our commercial, supply chain, and online and store operations teams. He/she will have to always create dynamic solutions to business circumstances through tackling replenishment parameters, safety stock levels, identifying and safeguarding the most important products to our customers, among others.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for in-app availability, item fulfilment and in-full order fulfilment across different types of facilities (online to offline store pick, dark stores, on-demand delivery stores) that we currently have, and will set up in the future
- Design and enhance our reports to provide actionable insight to our teams to improve target availability KPIs: In-full order fulfillment. Item Fulfillment Rate. In-app Out-of-Stocks.
- Determine key items to safeguard for our customers in terms of in-app availability and order fulfilment; formulate and activate leavers to improve these metrics (e.g. configuring our automatic replenishment inputs, adjusting shelf capacity or palletizing in the backroom, changing the fundamental business model)
- Support forecasting exercises and ensure end-to-end on-the-ground availability of stocks for picking
- Be proactive in experimenting different initiatives that could improve in-app availability and in-full order fulfilment
- Understands stock implications (e.g. over-stocks or under stocks) for the design choices and can use that for making decisions. Makes timely, informed decisions that consider the facts, goals, constraints and risks
- Liaise with multiple design / product / tech / market operations teams (fulfilment and logistics) and external stakeholders for operational alignment and execution

**Qualifications**
- Min. 3 years relevant experience of online inventory management, digital transformation, stakeholder management and program management
- Exposure to supply chain and demand/supply planning. will be an advantage
- Strong user knowledge in using PowerPoint, excel and pivot tables; plus with experience using business intelligence tools
- Strong people skills to influence, partner, and drive performance with various stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment
- Comfortable to work in face pace work environment and make judgement calls
- Fluent in English; Mandarin speaking is a plus
