As a Planning and Fulfillment Manager, you will be responsible for leading demand planning, operational purchasing and finished goods rationalization in close coordination with relevant functions. Reporting to Planning and Fulfilment Center Manager, you will be measuring, reporting, and driving improvement of demand planning and forecasting accuracy. This position is based in Singapore.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leading planners on creating and maintaining demand forecasts as part of S&OP process. Reviewing and improving forecast accuracy both at the aggregate and the individual product level by identifying key root causes for forecast errors and implements initiatives to improve future forecast accuracy. Coordinating an appropriately respond to unplanned events
- Leading operational buyers to make sure purchase orders issued to suppliers are fulfilled on-time and correctly in warehouse
- Establishing and maintaining inventory management processes including raw materials, WIP, finished goods and sales in line with group/division/business unit instructions, to be accountable for inventory within the site and driving inventory optimization projects within the site
- Working closely with global forecast team to ensure demand forecast is well managed locally according to global Planning and Fulfillment strategy
- Compiling reports to business leaders on demand planning and inventory performance. Preparing demand and supply scenarios, analyzing the risks associated, and proposing mitigation plans. In systems business analysis of resource requirements to support different scenarios. Explaining the interdependencies among the metrics of the S&OP process
- Leading and contributing to cross-functional initiatives for optimizing on-time delivery to divisions, lead-time, inventory, resource utilization, and forecast accuracy
- Leading local planning and purchasing function and ensuring local planning team is properly maintained and organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Motivating and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity and Key Performance Indication (KPI) targets are met

**Your background**:

- Well recognized Bachelor/Master of Science degree prefer in Logistics and/or Supply Chain management with minimum 5 years' experience in demand and inventory planning, operational purchasing, and 3 years in team management (5 to 6 people) experience
- Strong SAP knowledge especially on material master, MRP and purchase functions
- Knowledge on sales and operational planning process
- Strong data analysis skill
- A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
