Fulfillment Operations Strategy and Plans Manager

Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationSingaporeThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

**About the Team**:

- Optimize fulfillment operations for e-commerce efficiency and scalability.
- Position the company as the market leader in operations, creating a strategic moat for the Shopee platform.
- Reports directly to Director of Fulfilment, Enhance fulfillment processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction, Dynamic, strategic, and pivotal to the company's success, passion for Operational excellence and strategic planning.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance fulfillment operations, focusing on cost-efficiency and speed.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align fulfillment operations with overall business goals.
- Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement improvements.
- Project Leadership: Lead projects to integrate new technologies and systems into existing fulfillment operations.
- Trend Monitoring: Monitor industry trends and best practices to continually improve processes.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on fulfillment performance to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with an analytical component
- 2 years of project management experience in a consulting or an operationally intensive industry
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present solutions and results to C-suite stakeholders
- Experience in logistics or e-Commerce is a good-to-have, but not mandatory
