**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for the day-to-day Ecommerce fulfilment activities. Position is based in Warehouse.
- Manage and develop the Ecommerce team, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and Ecommerce orders completion.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Department Head to support business growth, which includes through adoption of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide effective leadership and motivation to the Ecommerce team to achieve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling and training part-timers to support business needs.
- Perform inventory management and stock taking.
- Ensure that all standard procedures are in place, and quality standards are adhered to.
- Monitor Ecommerce team members’ performance and to be involved in their appraisal / disciplinary sessions.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a Warehouse / Order Fulfilment role, with at least 1-year supervisory experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise
- Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced environment
**Working Location**:Near to Tai Seng MRT Station

**Working Hours**:Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm; Sat, 9am to 1pm (5.5-day work week)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $3,800.00 per month
