**JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible to oversee the Customer Service and Fulfilment function of the company
- Oversee the customer service team to review procedures, set KPIs and ensure the delivery of high levels of customer service experience
- Ensure smooth coordination between the Customer Service & Warehouse team for on time delivery of mattress and lifestyle products
- Manage the smooth execution of all daily outbound / fleet management activities to ensure fulfilment of all customers’ orders
- Responsible for service and product quality assessment including attending to consumer's product feedback/ service complaints to determine any critical service failure point
- Monitor and ensure an optimal inventory level of mattress and lifestyle products at the warehouse to fulfil customers’ order at all times
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to review promotional activities so as to forecast any seasonal surge of product demand
- Be responsible to manage the mattresses and lifestyle product supply chain effectively to ensure Train, audit and evaluate the customer service and warehouse team to ensure all operational procedures are executed in a systematic manner to ensure no delivery and service failures
- Integrate customers’ payment, cheque and cash collection process are streamline both physical and in WMS
- Other responsibilities that may be delegated or stipulated by management.

**JOB REQUIRMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in Business or related fieldMinimum 3 to 5 years in experience in Customer service or Supply Chain
- Knowledge in Warehouse Management System and workflow is preferred
- Experience in furniture inventory/ installation is an added advantage
- Independent & required minimum supervision
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
