CART is a new e-grocery service to Singapore focused on delivering the best of Cold Storage, Giant, Guardian’s products with same day delivery, through a best-in-class app.

CART is looking for Head of Operations who shall work closely with the company’s leadership team to drive the entire online order delivery, and ensure that the key logistics KPI of the O2O fulfillment center are met and exceeded. The incumbent will lead a team and reports to the Regional Vice President, Fulfillment Operations.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Head up O2O fulfillment center operation including process design/implementation/review, O2O center optimization and customer services improvement
- Lead the team to negotiate & manage 3PL vendors / outsource fleet teams to achieve service excellence and cost efficiency of storage and movement of goods
- Manage day to day fulfilment operation to support multiple banners delivery, potentially extend coverage to other store B2C delivery (e.g. Shop & Drop);
- Provide business insights on operations trends related to capability, capacity and inventory management; monitor KPI results and budget on a regular basis
- Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios
- Exercise exceptional stakeholder management skills to build up relationship with banners and achieve the common goal of delivering the best customer experience online & offline

**Qualifications**:

- Degree holder. Strong experience (10 years+) with relevant experience in logistics sector and O2O business strategy, preferably in Singapore
- Comfortable working cross cultures with ability to work well under matrix organization structure
- Possess insightful knowledge with e-fulfillment operations; stay ahead with local retail market trends
- Passionate towards eCommerce industry and able to positively lead team to drive digitalization journey
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
