As a Product Manager at LAI Games, you help realize our arcade experience ecosystem by delivering products in our roadmap with close collaboration with engineering and creative teams to develop and launch innovative out-of-home entertainment games which delight players and venue operators alike

**Key Responsibilities**
- From initial ideation through to development, manufacturing, and go-to-market, lead LAI Games’ teams to launch commercially successful, innovative, and fun arcade game products.
- Establish shared vision across functional teams, by building consensus and buy-in on development priorities, with stakeholders such as games developers, creative team, engineers, sales & marketing team, supply chain team, finance team, and OEM partners.
- Integrate research, location test results, and customer feedback (gamers + location operators) to build user satisfaction with release projects.
- Manage multiple products and priorities but ensure they meet the goals set for each product.
- Identify & mitigate product risks and initiate team meetings to find resolutions to overcome these risks.
- Own and communicate regular updates about the Product Development status with the management team and team members.
- Be responsible for development budgeting and project timelines while ensuring the portfolio meets quality, innovation, manufacturability, and gross margin standards.
- Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap through competitor analysis, market research and data analysis.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Passionate about, and immersed in, gaming and arcade culture.
- 3-5 years experience in a product management role with a strong project management background.
- Hardware product management experience is required; software product management experience is highly desirable.
- Multiple full cycles under your belt shipping products from ideation all the way through manufacturing.
- Leadership, organized, problem solver, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communicator experienced presenting to development & creative teams, executive leadership, and externally to clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
