**Responsibilities**:
1) Handle inbound and outbound collection calls in a call center environment

2) Arrange payment and follow-up on overdue accounts to ensure timely action is taken to achieve positive results on our client's behalf (Financial Institutions, Telcom Support Service Providers, Healthcare and Commercial portfolios).

4) Perform administrative duties, enquiries, accounts monitoring

5) Update and maintain the Credit Collection System

6) Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Good spoken English
- Good communication skills
- Possess initiative, resourcefulness and perseverance
- Self-driven and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who is also able to work independently
- Rotating Shifts : Mondays to Thursdays from 9.00am to 7.00pm / 10.00am to 8.00pm. Fridays : 9.00am to 6.00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,500.00 per month
