From the organic growth in its early days to M&As presently as one of its growth strategies, they are identifying a passionate HR professional with business acumen to lead its Singapore operations.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Seeking an HR Manager for its Singapore operations and act as the strategic HR Business Partner to the
business operations.
- Provide HR advice and decision-making support to the management team for HR strategic planning and
employment matters relating to business planning.
- Collect and prepare corporate HR reports and other reports for HR planning.
- Conduct salary surveys and benchmark competitiveness of compensation and benefits in the region for
developing and reviewing salary structure.
- Ensure company policies and procedures and adhered to and keep up to date.
- Participate in HR projects to assist in talent management and HR infrastructure in the future.
- Provide support to the Management team in current HR labour laws and provide decision-making support
for HR-related issues.
- Drive the appraisal management exercise.
**PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS**
- Ensure the HR Policies are in compliance to the Local legislation.
- Working and practical knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including talent acquisition,
compensation practices, organizational design, payroll, performance management, employment laws,
employee relations and diversity.
- Build trust through assisting key stakeholders in solving people related issues
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to use independent judgment in prioritizing tasks and
demonstrate the ability to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
- Attend to enquiries promptly and provide good services to the stakeholders
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Qualifications & Experience _
- Degree Human Resource / Business Administration
- 5 or more years of working experience as a HR Generalist
- Familiar with the local Labor Act (Employment Act)
- Possess business acumen
- Experience in medical equipment industry or related would be a plus Soft Skills
- Leadership and people management skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Partnership development and strategic stakeholder engagement
- Organizational Skill
