**Position Overview**:
The HR Manager is a key role within an organisation responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function. This role requires a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to strategically align HR initiatives with the organisation's goals. The HR Manager is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. The HR Manager must also have high proficiency in handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

**Key responsibilities**

**HR Strategy and Planning**:

- Formulate and implement HR strategies in alignment with the organisation's objectives.
- Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and anticipate workforce requirements.
- Regularly analyse HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Deep understanding of the employment rules and regulations in Singapore.

**Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure seamless transitions for new hires.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.

**Employee Relations**:

- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement SOPs and bring employees up to date with the employee handbook.
- Handling of employees leaves and claims in a neat and orderly system.
- Handling of payroll, CPF and MOM transactions while ensuring accuracy of all accounts.
- Updating AIS and employee data accordingly.

**Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs and coordinate the design and delivery of training programs.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
- Determine which courses are beneficial to workers and supervise those who choose to pursue various courses that match with the organisation’s goals.
- Stay updated on the various industry trends and best practices in HR, integrating them into training and development programs.

**Qualifications and skills**
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- A min of 3-4 years experience.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High proficiency in HR systems and payrolls.
- Able to travel when necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
