**What's in it for you**:

- Be part of our Strategy team, to build in-depth research and analysis of customers and market landscape to inform strategy for new products and initiatives. Here's your chance to work closely with product and business development colleagues to develop and synthesize insights.
- You will get the opportunity to produce and present analysis and business plans to cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business development, strategy, legal, risk) and leadership, with senior guidance.
- Build and maintain financial models and benchmarking analyses for new products and initiatives.
- Support the investment activities, and take part in the engagement of internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Work with Strategy Director and Strategy Senior on strategic planning for Affinidi Finnovate. You will be involved to conduct extensive market research and analysis, to inform decision-making and strategy formulation.
- Opportunities to grow and advance into a Strategy Senior role, or move into other impactful roles with our fast growing organization.

**You will be a great match if you**:

- Possess experience in corporate strategy/development, management consulting, start-ups, investment banking, Big 4 Advisory, private equity or venture capital with exposure to Financial Services.
- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with relevant experience in business analysis and financial modelling.
- Love working towards self-improvement and winning as a team in a high-growth environment.
- Are an efficient self-starter, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
