- Generating key insights for the product leadership team to facilitate informed decision-making and strategy formulation.
- Driving the execution of high priority initiatives, delivering tangible value to the business. This includes facilitating cross-functional team collaborations to ensure unit level tactics are aligned with the organisation's long-term objectives.

- Producing high quality materials (e.g. presentation decks, roadmaps, notes)

**You will be a great match if you**:

- Have prior experience building a 0 to 1 product; have done customer validation and understand how to build and scale a product; previous experience in management consulting or corporate strategy experience will be an added advantage.
- Diligent self-starter focused on delivering outstanding results with efficiency and speed
- A humble team player that is pragmatic and willing to get their hands dirty
- Genuine passion for self-development in a rapidly expanding organisation
- Have strong interest in decentralized technologies.
