This role oversees IT Workplace Services, ensuring compliance with standards and managing scalable solutions for evolving business needs.

**Make an Impact by**:

- Direct oversight and management of service deliverables related to IT Workplace Services that adhere to standards and policies as well as drive the project from technical perspective.
- Responsible to manage or customise IT Workplace solutions that are scalable, adaptable and support the ever-changing business needs.
- Manage IT Workplace services by engaging respective IT delivery teams, outsourced partners and external vendors.
- Work closely with assigned project managers to ensure that timeline and budget are adhered to.
- Work closely with assigned IT Workplace and/or Infrastructure Design & Build team to translate design into solution that works in the relevant environment.
- Ensure the complete delivery of the required projects from technical perspective including the need to ensure that the impact to existing operations and systems are minimised.
- Develop all necessary technical requirements and inputs necessary to ensure the successful completion of the projects and hand over to operation teams.
- Explore and review new technologies related to IT Workplace and conduct proof-of-concepts in relevant environment
- Prepare business case for funding of implementation of new technologies.
- Strong in troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Must have prior regional support exposure within an established multi-national organization.
- Technical hands-on project delivery experience in the following domains.- Cloud VDI solutions like Windows365, AVD, Citrix DaaS
- Implementing and managing ZTE solutions like Zscaler (ZIA, ZDX, CBI) on endpoints (physical and virtual) and servers.
- Integrating VPN (ZPA, Cisco AnyConnect) solutions, MDE with Zscaler.
- Migration from existing forward proxy solutions to ZTE

**Skills for Success**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Computer, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- IT professional with more than 10 years of experience in a competitive IT environment with at least 7 years in IT Workplace domains serving more than 10000 end-users.
- Must have strong knowledge and prior project deployment experience on Intune, conditional access management.
- Extensive experience and knowledge on Intune endpoint policies and MDE policies
- Strong knowledge on Azure Active Directory and on-prem Microsoft Active Directory/Server 2016/2019/2022, Group Policy management
- Good working knowledge on Microsoft Windows Desktop administration (i.e Windows 10/11), Mac management, and Print technologies.
- Strong knowledge on Microsoft SCCM (CB1910-2103) and JAMF, Software Packaging and deployment methodology
- Must have strong knowledge of migration from SOE builds to Windows Autopilot
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview Information protection and integration with file share solutions
- Strong knowledge of DLP, Security, Encryption, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Windows, Mobile Device Patching
- Good working knowledge on Identity, Access Management, and SSO
- Good working knowledge of Azure tenant management, billing cycles, subscriptions.
- Good working knowledge of Symantec Bluecoat proxy.
