Workplace Experience Specialist

As a Workplace Experience Specialist based in Singapore, you will ensure consistency and compliance with company policies while supporting our hybrid team, which includes colleagues assigned to your office and Dynatracers in serviced offices across the APAC region. You will drive exceptional employee experiences, fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture that boosts productivity and employee retention.

In this role, you will be the liaison between other APAC WPX team members and the WPX Manager and ensure that communication flows smoothly and that tasks are accomplished in the APAC locations. You will be the point of contact for Dynatracers and stakeholders we cooperate with in the selected APAC region's serviced offices. You will drive events and cultural initiatives, oversee the new hires onboarding process, manage facility operations to ensure alignment with Dynatrace's values, and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Additionally, you will be responsible for improving the work environment and employee satisfaction across selected offices in the APAC region. This role involves understanding employee needs by collecting feedback to determine what keeps them engaged and productive. It also includes introducing programs that enhance workplace culture, such as wellness initiatives, professional development opportunities, and diversity efforts. Additionally, the liaison serves as a link between employees and management to ensure feedback is heard and addressed. Strategies are customized to fit the unique cultural and business environments of different offices.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 5 years of experience in Office Management or a similar role in a fast-paced, multicultural, and rapidly changing environment.
- Experience as a team lead with emphasis on leadership, communication and task completion
- Experience in partnering with teams based in several countries simultaneously, providing comprehensive support, including organization development, growth, and change programs.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Readiness and willingness to take on new responsibilities and drive process improvements.
- Effective team player who exhibits strong collaboration skills in executing tasks and responsibilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges, address issues, and contribute to organizational goals.
- Strong sense of business needs and goals.
