We are looking to hire **a Workplace Experience Specialist** to join our team. In this position, you will carry out janitorial work which includes deep scrubbing, high dusting, jet washing and carpet shampooing with the use of robotic machineries. To be successful for this role, you should possess a strong physique to sit, walk, stand, climb stairs, kneel on floors, push, pull and ability to lift objects weighing up to 15kg with repetitive bending of body movements during the work schedule.

**Job Duties**
- Responsible for the daily housekeeping operations with the aid of cleaning machineries and robotic technology.
- Ability to utilize SMART technology devices in reporting deficiencies, safety reports and cleaning issues to supervisor or management.
- Perform safety/control checks on all cleaning equipment, machineries inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
- Escalation of operations issue and provide recommendation to supervisor on a timely manner.
- Basic troubleshoot in Mechanical and Electrical issues
- Complying with all safety policies and procedures that are related to carrying out cleaning tasks
- Ensure excellent service is provided to customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner.

**Job Requirements**
- Fresh graduates’ holder are welcome to apply
- No experience is required
- Demonstrated ability to be detailed and mechanically inclined.
- Sound knowledge of janitorial activities and customer service practices
- Well-developed physical fitness which enables a commercial cleaner to move, walk, bend, pull, push, and lift heavy items, and to carry out other exercises effectively
- Sound oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
