**Job Title: Snr Executive for Trainer & Curriculum Management**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment & Onboarding for Trainers**
- Post job ads, screen applicants, and schedule interviews.
- Organise orientation and set up accounts for new hires.

**Personnel File & Database Management**
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies.
- Manage database of lecturers and course assignments.
- Conduct trainer evaluation

**Academic Support Coordination**
- Liaise with academic departments to register new trainers and programs.
- Track and follow up on module approval processes.
- Review and update curriculum and training material.

**Training & Events Coordination**
- Support the planning and logistics of workshops and professional development sessions.
- Managing TMS System (Course details, course schedule and trainers’ information)
- Prepare materials, arrange venues, and attend meetings as needed.
- Follow up on course evaluation feedback and any service recovery (if required)

**Corporate Liaison**
- Assist in organising corporate training programmes and public talks.
- Manage participant registration, reminders, room setup, and evaluations.
- Support outreach and engagement with new and existing clients.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Prior experience in admin or HR preferred.
- Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and databases.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- ACTA/ACLP certification is a plus
