**FREE LANCE PERSONAL TRAINER & GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR**
**Role Description Summary**
SPARKD is a boutique cuting edge gym that combines core, cardio and strength training with gamified Cognitive Motor Training thru the use of dual tasking and technology. SPARKD’s mission is to enhance Brain Health and Performance at every level and every age through core, cardio, strength and cognitive fitness using the latest technologies and gamification protocols. The ideal trainer for this role needs be open minded to new concepts, technologies and to be Brain Health Training certified once they have joined, leveraging their traditional fitness background where needed.
**Role Summary**
We are looking for Free Lance Personal Trainers. We have pivoted to a Personal Training gym that requires solid personal training experience balanced with the ability to run Group Classes and Corporate Events when available. Client centric from outreach to training to follow up to ensure our clients always know that they are “at the centre of what we do”.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
Provide well planned, prepared fitness training support, advice and guidance to our clients assisting them reach their health and fitness goals. Track and monitor our client’s progress, data and fitness performance on a regular basis that can show our clients progress in a way that they find meaningful
**Qualifications and Experience**
Five - seven years of work experience as a certified Personal Trainer
Client centric trainer that plans, prepares and executes and is someone our clients can count on to deliver in a sustainable manner. In-house Training will be provided for the SPARKD programs and technologies that we leverage in the shop
