CO - FACILITATORS/ ASSISTANT TRAINERS: We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced facilitators and assistant trainers who are passionate about empowering students, and share interests in educating and teaching the young using innovative pedagogies. If you are aspiring to be a trainer and not yet ready, you can begin as Co-facilitators and learn on the job by assisting the trainers.

Facilitators will work on a freelance basis. Training, materials and lesson plans will be provided.

**-**Assist trainer in delivery of content Deliver classroom training **Life Skills, Design Thinking, Character Development, Leadership and Social Emotional Learning and related fields.**
- Facilitate the students in the classroom to deliver effective and engaging programmes.
- Follow the workshop activities according to the program design and adapt the delivery if needed to suit the learning style of the students.
- Take ownership in working together with the trainer of in delivering an effective programme to meet the objectives and outcomes of the programmes.

**Job Requirements**
- **Effective communication and classroom management skills is a must.**
- **Enthusiastic and passionate about empowering children and youth**
- **Experience in facilitation and training with knowledge of MOE guidelines in areas of CCE, SEL, Leadership and Life Skills would be advantageous.**

**- Skill to understand various pedagogy models, methodology and concepts is essential**

**- Experience** **in facilitating workshops in either or more areas (please indicate your experience in this)**

**- This is NOT a teaching role**

**Additional Information**

**- Interest and knowledge in using Design Thinking Methodology will be an added advantage**

**- Experience in working with youth at-risk/ NT/ NA and having worked with teachers will be useful.**

**- MOE registration as a trainer is a must.**
- We provide training and help build your skills and knowledge for committed trainers.
