As a HR Business Partner (Customer Service) you will work closely with Cabin Crew Management to handle full spectrum of human resource management including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, execution of human resource strategy and any other related human resource related activities in relation to cabin crew.

Reporting to the Head of People, your main accountabilities will include:

- Cabin Crew manpower manning
- Responsible in ensuring sufficient manning for operational requirements through strong collaboration with Customer Service team
- Ensuring new Cabin Crew are informed of HR policies and procedures
- Ensure all cabin crew are inducted through the requirement orientation programs
- Conduct HR Orientation for all newly recruited cabin crew
- Review employment terms, compensation and benefits to align to regulations, market practices etc.
- Work closely with Customer Service team to review employment terms and remuneration matters relating to the various categories under Cabin Crew department when required.
- Handle all Cabin Crew related issues
- Work closely Customer Service team on matters such as employee grievances, counselling and disciplinary inquiries.
- Provide end-to-end HR support in managing Cabin Crew related issues.

- Responsible to file for any applicable training grants for employees timely.
- Support/Involvement in HR Project
- Participate and provide all relevant support in HR projects relating to Cabin Crew, as and when required.

To be considered for these roles you will ideally have:

- Minimum Diploma, preferably in Human Resource Management
- A minimum of 5 year experience in Human Resources or Human Resources Related fields.
- Knowledge and skills in implementing and maintaining Human Resources system in the areas of Recruitment and Selection, Induction and Orientation, Learning and Development, Total Rewards Management, Employee Relations, Human Resources policies and Labour Practices and Legislations.
- Computer literate in common office administration software
- Ability to resolve employee issues independently
- Tact and diplomacy
