**The Role**:
The B2B Channel Manager is responsible for driving Logitech B2B sales including Personal Workspaces and Video Conferencing (VC) to channel partners that have significant revenue potential in Singapore. You must have a track record of channel sales experience in Unified Communications/ Video Collaboration/ IT/ Cloud Solutions. This role is to be based in Singapore and reports to the Singapore sales lead.

- Oversees joint business planning and market development planning with channel partners to increase Logitech share of wallet and preference for Logitech through enablement. Conduct quarterly business review with key partners.
- Recruit, onboard, train and enable partners and ensure sales alignment and objectives are achieved.
- Primary point of contact for all channel engagement (program/ proposal/pricing/bill of materials). Strong follow through on program execution and follow up with sales support (sales operations & finance on program & fund tracking).
- Able to do solutions presentation and hands-on product demo independently.
- Support all partners’ opportunities including deal registration and validation. Provide additional support and sales expertise to ensure the reseller has maximized the value proposition of Logitech throughout the engagement.
- Ensure qualified leads are converted to an opportunity by the channel partner once it has been assigned. Ensures partners follow up on opportunities.
- Support and collaborate with the respective Account Managers to ensure consistency in pricing/discounts on global/regional opportunities.
- Work and collaborate with internal stakeholders including Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Direct Engagement, Sales Engineer, Alliances, Distribution and Marketing functions.
**Key Qualifications**:
For consideration, you must bring the following **minimum** skills and behaviors to our team:
- 8+ years’ experience in channel sales management.
- Track record of channel sales experience in Unified Communications/ Video Collaboration/ IT/ Cloud Solutions.
- Driven channel recruitment and sales success.
- Able to handle conflicts and objections effectively.
- Collaborative nature and is a team player.
- Able to do present and do hands-on product demo independently.
**Education**:
- Degree Level is required
